Academia 1-2
Two "lux" category buildings – Academia-1 and Academia-2 – are located in the very heart of Almaty in Zhambyl street at the crossing with Pushkin and Valikhanov street. These residential buildings are distinguished by their advantageous location, convenient infrastructure, favorable environment, and non-standard layout of the apartments. The top floor windows overlook the old center of the city – the premises of the Academy of Sciences, the Friendship House with fountains in front, and the walkway lined with blue spruce trees. Elitstroy company won "The best yard" diploma at the "Almaty – a garden-city" contest in 2002. This title was awarded to "Academia-1" building.
